Top Three No Hassle Holidays On My Travel Bucket List

No Hassle Holidays

I love travel and I’ve got a pretty exciting itinerary for 2017.  For me, part of the thrill of travelling is reading guide books, scouring blogs and hitting Google to find the best route, the best places to stay and the unmissable sights when I go somewhere.  But sometimes, you just need to give yourself a break, say f**k it and take the hassle out of planning your holiday by handing it over to someone else.  Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy the fact that someone else is taking care of your holiday for you.  I’ve rounded up a few no hassle holidays that are on my travel bucket list.  Think of them as the easy way out of holiday planning!

#1 – Go on a Cruise

A cruise has to be the most hassle free holiday ever, right?  Well I can’t say for certain, because I’ve never been on one, but the idea of just turning up to a floating hotel, being chauffeured around some beautiful islands and hopping off for a bit of sight seeing sounds pretty relaxing to me!  And if you’re looking for someone to really do everything for you, then try Planet Cruise.  Their slogan is “you dream it, we’ll plan it”.  Yes please!

#2 – Build a dream trip with Trailfinders

If you caught my posts about our honeymoon, then you will know we booked through the incredible Trailfinders. Trailfinders are *so good* at planning whatever you want to do on your holiday for whatever your budget.  And it seems like it would be really expensive to do that through an agent, but we compared it to planning it for ourselves and the difference in price was negligible.  We are thinking about booking through them for our Indonesia trip just because they make it SO easy.

#3 – Go All Inclusive

At the end of first year uni, I took a trip to Mexico with my bestie and her Auntie.  We were poor students, we had a budget and we knew what we wanted – sun, booze, beaches and lots of food.  So we booked an all inclusive getaway and didn’t have to worry about a thing.  Even the daiquiris at sunset were included.  We also found ourselves a rep when we were out there who booked our day trips to Tulum, snorkelling, swimming with dolphins and more.  A no hassle holiday if I ever heard of one!  Thomson, Thomas Cook, First Choice – loads of people offer these trips, so just find the one that suits you and book.

I hope that has inspired you to think about your 2017 getaway.

Do you have any travel planned?
