The A – Z of Me! N – Z

You may have seen a couple of weeks ago that I gave you a little insight into me, myself and I with a quick A – M of me.  Thanks for all your comments and social media shares – it was a fun post to write and from the sounds of things, it went down well.  May as well finish it off then!  So without further ado, here is the second half of the alphabet – N – Z.

Na na na na na na na naaaaaa NETFLIX!  I am a fan of trashy American series – I’ve just finished 90210 and am currently writing this sat in front of Pretty Little Liars.  On the watch list though I’ve got House of Cards, The Good Wife and Kurt & Courtney.  Slightly less embarrassing.

THE O.C. – who didn’t love The O.C.?  It was my favourite show at Uni, to the point where I even made a Facebook group called I Love Seth Cohen.  Megalolz.

P is for POPPY.  Poppy is / was my first ever car that my parents bought for my birthday after I’d finished university.  She is / was a light blue Fiat Punto and I was completely in love with her!  Unfortunately we had to part ways at the end of last year because she was just sitting on the street not getting driven.  But she will always have a place in my heart.  Oh and PURPLE is like my joint favourite colour, along with blue.

Q?  Q is hard.  I can’t think of anything for this.  So I’m going with QUITE TALL.  I am quite tall.  HA.  Somewhere around 5′ 9″ / 5′ 10″.  Above average, that’s for sure.

Man, I wish I hadn’t used up B for BUNNIES on my A – M because I could wax lyrical about rabbits right now.  Failing that, R will have to stand for ROSIE.  My Grandad’s dog, who we took in after he died.  Such a lovely pooch and a real cutie.  I miss her!

S could only be for one thing.  SNAPCHAT.  I am totally obsessed with it right now – definitely my current favourite social media platform!  I love snapping and I love watching others.  I also think it’s a brilliant tool for bloggers – getting to see into someone else’s life is SO interesting.  I am SO nosy.  Follow me!  I’m spoiltbyjenni.

2016 is a big year – hen do, wedding, honeymoon.  It’s also the year I turn THIRTY.  Panic stations.  TATTOOS – I’ve got two but want more.  T is also for TRAVELLING – something I love doing.  Can’t wait for our honeymoon to South Africa!  Aaaaaaand check out my other travel posts here.

URBAN DECAY – one of my absolute favourite brands and even though they’re a little more expensive than I usually go, I think their products are so worth it.  I wear Naked 3 like every day, I swear by the 24/7 eyeliner and I am in LOVE with everything their collab with Gwen Stefani has produced.  Gimme.

V is for VIETNAM.  One of my favourite places I’ve ever travelled to.  I took Andrew there for this thirtieth a couple of years ago and we had an amazing time.  Top tips – Ha Long Bay, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City.

W is for WRITING.  It’s always been a passion of mine, and it’s one of the main reasons I started up this blog.  I’ve got a lot of practising to do but I love it.  And of course WEDDING – this is the year I become a Mrs!  And finally WHISKEY SOURS – yes please, all the time.

There aren’t many words that begin with X so I’m gonna keep this one brief.  I have had an X-RAY before of my kidneys, one of which is smaller than the average bear’s.  I would also say one of the weirdest gigs of my life was XIU XIU, who played the music from Twin Peaks at The Sage Gateshead.  Thanks for that one, Andrew.  Can you tell I’m clutching at straws?!

Y is for YORK – where I went to school and the closest city to where I grew up.  If you’ve never been, it’s a beautiful city with a plethora of cool pubs, nice restaurants and good shops.  If, like me, you grew up there then you lament the lack of decent gig venues and the crazy strict bouncers stopping you from getting into bars when you’re trying to drink underage.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzz – I am a nightmare if I’m tired.  I need my sleep and I have to have at least one lie in a week.  I am also excellent at napping if I need to sneak a few extra Zzzzz in.  Speaking of, I might head off for one now.
