Lady Writes Bloggers Secret Santa: What Did Santa Bring Me?

I took the plunge this year and decided to take part in Lady Writes‘ Secret Santa (check it out on Twitter to see what other people have got #ladywritessecretsanta) and wrote a post about what I got my person here.  It was really fun picking out gifts for someone I’d never met, but it was of course equally exciting to be receiving presents myself!  So what did Santa bring me?

“There’s no better time than Christmas to indulge” says my Secret Santa and I couldn’t agree more!  With all the giving, it’s nice to be encouraged to take some time for myself.  After the busy year I’ve had, Christmas will be the perfect time to relax, unwind and just chill out.

First up, I got some Body Shop lip balms – I’ve not used these lip balms before but I like to have a balm in every bag and almost every room so I can never have too many!  The flavours – Shea and Honeymania look lovely and the smells and textures are right up my street.

Also squirrelled away in my box of goodies was a set of cute bath goodies – body lotion, body scrub and body butter – can’t wait to get into a hot bath with these and make myself smell delicious!

I was also lucky enough to get some perfume – Little Pink Dress from Avon.  The packaging is very pink and girly and to be honest the fragrance is a little sweet for my tastes – I’m more of a musky, sexy kind of perfume gal rather than a sugary, super feminine scent.

Rounding off my pamper package was some yummy Dairy Milk – I’ve not tried the Puddles choccie before but more than happy to get stuck in to these ones!

So a big shout out to my Secret Santa – whoever you are – thank you for making it possible to have some me time after a busy year and get me set up for 2016 in the right way.
